Dan bent u wettelijk verplicht vooraf een KLIC-melding te doen. Na de melding ontvangt u kabel- en leidinginformatie van de plek waar u gaat graven. U gebruikt deze informatie om graafschade en gevaarlijke situaties te voorkomen. De informatie moet tijdens het graven digitaal op de graaflocatie aanwezig zijn.",
