        "description":"Bestand geeft een prognose van de luchtkwaliteit inzake roet (Elementair Koolstof ofwel EC)) rond rijks, provinciale en gemeentelijke wegen in Gelderland over het jaar 2020. Roet is \u00e9\u00e9n van de fracties van fijn stof. Er is een duidelijke relatie tussen roet en gezondheidsschade. Er is geen voor EC nog geen officiele grens- of toetswaarde vastgesteld. De gegevens zijn landelijk doorgerekend met behulp van de rapportagetool. Per wegvak is aangegeven wat de concentratie is op 10 meter van de rand van de weg. De luchtkwaliteit wordt weergegeven in vijfconcentratieklassen. De luchtkwaliteit wordt berekend onder andere aan de hand van verkeerstellingen en met rekenmodellen op basis van de gegevens van het jaar 2017. Hierbij zijn eventuele overige bronnen verwerkt in de achtergrondconcentratie. Echter, de voornaamste bron van roet is het verkeer. De met het model berekende waarden hebben een onnauwkeurigheid van 20-25 procent.",
