        "description":"In twee situaties is in de provincie Noord-Brabant sprake van een oppervlaktewaterwinning voor de openbare watervoorziening. Het betreft de Afgedamde Maas waaruit Dunea water inneemt en de Amer waaruit Evides water inneemt. Hier moet worden voorkomen dat de kwaliteit verslechterd van het oppervlaktewater waaruit de onttrekking voor menselijke consumptie plaatsvindt. Vindt een calamiteit plaats dicht bij het innamepunt, dan is tijdig sluiten niet altijd mogelijk. Daarom worden in het Stroomgebiedbeheerplan Maas beschermingszones ingesteld, waarbinnen aanvullende bescherming nodig is. De zones voor beide innamepunten in Noord-Brabant terug te vinden in de Omgevingsverordening van de Provincie Noord-Brabant.",
